OPEN WINTER MOUNTAINEERING COURSES
NEW FOR 2012
Due to popular demand Skye Guides is running an open course for individuals wanting to join other climbers.
The course includes 4 days of guiding in a 5-day period. The fifth day will be used either as a rest day or to allow for poor weather. It will be possible to pay for guiding on the extra day if conditions are suitable.
We will endeavour to match clients of compatible fitness and ability and stick to our own suggested guidelines on ratios.

Equipment
Harnesses and helmets, crampons and ice axes are all available to hire for courses requiring their use. Walking boots and waterproof clothing are the only items that cannot easily be provided. Please feel free to consult us for an opinion if you are purchasing equipment whether you booked on a course or not.
